There’s nothing scary about Colorful Webs, an embroidery class that focuses on the beauty and geometry of spiders and their webs!
Step out of your usual evening routine to connect with others and learn the basics of embroidery. Join us at Maple Home Market in downtown Downers Grove, Illinois – 20 miles west of Chicago – on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 6:30 to 9pm
Colorful Webs is stitched on off-white cotton fabric and measures 10″ x 10″ before finishing (e.g., framing). This project is suitable for all skill levels. Here’s what you’ll learn in class:
- Overview of the materials
- How to prepare and mark your fabric
- Embroidery stitches used in Colorful Webs
- Finishing options
Materials needed: Just your glasses, if nec, and a favorite pair of scissors, if desired. The price of the class includes all materials needed to stitch this project.
